Atomic Habits

An easy and proven way to build good habits and break bad ones

Choose a format from ₦7,200

Habits are the compound interest of self-improvement. Get one per cent better every day and the maths does the rest — Clear’s argument is that simple, and that hard to dismiss.

What the trade says

Editorial reviews

  • Atomic Habits replaces motivation with method, which is why it works.
    Brittle Paper

From the publisher

The value is in the mechanics: how to make a habit obvious, attractive, easy and satisfying, and what to do on the day you inevitably miss.

    Lagos ·19 May 2026 · Hardcover

The only habit book I have finished

I have started about six of these. This is the one that stuck, because it is about systems and not about willpower. The chapter on what to do the day you miss is worth the cover price on its own.

Great, but repetitive by part four

The first half is excellent. By part four you have got the idea and he is still making it. Skim the last sixty pages and you lose nothing.

    Hardcover is well made

Arrived next day in Port Harcourt, properly packed. Sewn binding, lies flat, which matters for a book you are going to annotate.
